Engagement Session at Cole Park Ampitheater in Corpus Christi, TX
I am super excited about this week! I have been so so busy this year so far, and it is FAR from being over! Today, I went and I helped to judge an art contest for middle school and high school students in Gregory Portland which was such a fun experience – there are so many fabulous artists nearby and it was great to see their work proudly displayed in the hallways.
Later this week, I will be going to an art exhibit opening and then I will be taking photos of a *TOP SECRET* couple for an AWESOME theme which I cannot wait to share with y’all! I always love the artistic shoots the most, and I can’t wait to see what magic we make with this one!
The next day, I have an engagement photoshoot planned with one of our awesome brides at the best beach around which is going to be SO much fun!
To top it all off, the next day, I am winning an award at SAMC with Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi. I have NO idea what I am winning, but I am excited to be notified that I should attend!
For those of you who don’t know, I am an alternative student – I am getting my Bachelor’s Degree later in life – and I am SO happy that it is coming to a head. I’ll be graduating in the Fall! HURRAY!!! #longtimecoming
Next week, I have to present my exhibition idea to all of the faculty, SOLO, but YOLO, right? Haha – I am sure that it will go well, but stress still gets the best of me in times like this. I still have a lot of planning to do and a paper which is also due this weekend.
Not only that, but I still have photography sessions which I am editing every day, bit-by-bit and paintings that I am working on in between.
It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle, but I am nearly done with my essay, and I feel like I am 1/3- 1/2 done with my proposal for my show, and I have a few sessions edited and out of the way, (with super happy clients, yeay!!!) so I feel like I can breathe a little bit now.
